Shipping policy

1. Shipping Destination
We currently ship only within the United States. Orders with delivery addresses outside the U.S. will be canceled and refunded.

2. Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed and delivered within 5 to 8 business days, depending on your location. A more precise estimate will be provided at checkout for your convenience.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If any information is incorrect or missing, please contact us at support@loveintea.com within 6 hours of placing your order to update your delivery details. Incorrect information may cause delays in delivering your order.

You'll receive a shipment notification email with the tracking number once the package has shipped.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order. We currently offer Economy shipping (5–8 business days) at the following rates:

All U.S. destinations except Alaska & Hawaii
- Up to 0.3 kg (0.66 lb): $6.99
- 0.3–0.8 kg (0.66–1.76 lb): $9.99
- 0.8–1.5 kg (1.76–3.31 lb): $12.99
- 1.5–2.5 kg (3.31–5.51 lb): $16.99
- Over 2.5 kg (5.51 lb): $30.00

Alaska & Hawaii
- Up to 0.3 kg (0.66 lb): $15.00
- 0.3–0.8 kg (0.66–1.76 lb): $21.99
- 0.8–1.5 kg (1.76–3.31 lb): $24.99
- Over 1.5 kg (3.31 lb): $40.00

The exact shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay. Please double-check that your delivery address is complete and accurate. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay delivery or result in your package being returned to us.
