Refund policy
At LoveinTea, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that we stand behind every product we offer. Please read our return and refund policy below.
1. Return & Exchange Period
Customers may request a return or exchange within 90 days from the date the order is received.
After 90 days, returns and refunds will no longer be accepted.
2. Items Eligible for Return
To qualify for a return (for non-defective products):
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
For safety and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods such as tea, food items, or any consumables that have been opened.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Gift cards and final-sale items.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
You are entitled to a refund or replacement if:
- The item you received is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product or an incomplete order
- The product was damaged during shipping
5. Return Shipping Costs
For non-defective items, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, LoveinTea will cover all related costs.
6. Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5- 10 business days.
Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. How to request:
Please email support@loveintea.com with:
- Your order number and proof of purchase
- Clear photographs of the product (on a flat surface, with the product tag visible)
Once your request is verified, we will issue a refund or replacement promptly.
Note: Defective items do not need to be returned.
